LifeMuseum turns the things that mattered into exhibits — with the photographs, the date, the place, and what you want to remember about it. Everything lives on your phone.
Write to devtaskhub@devtaskhub.com. A real person answers, usually within two working days. Tell us what phone you are on and what happened — it saves a round trip.
Where are my photographs stored?
On your phone, in a local database and your own photo library. Nothing is uploaded unless you
publish an exhibit, share one in Couple Mode, or switch on Cloud Sync.
I bought an unlock and it is not showing.
Open the shop and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same App Store
or Google Play account that made the purchase. If it still does not appear, email us.
How do I cancel Cloud Sync?
Through your store account — iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store →
Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling changes nothing on your phone; the local museum was always
the original.
What happens to my museum if I delete the app?
Without Cloud Sync, it is gone — the data lives only on that device. With Cloud Sync, sign in on a
new phone and restore it.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Movies and posters export to your photo library as real files. For anything else, email us and
we will help.
Delete my account.
Email us from the address on the account and we will delete it and anything you published, within
30 days.
